Cancellations must be made 30 hours in advance of your appointment. Failure to cancel in a timely manner will result in a $40 fee that must be paid upon next visit. Illness and emergency situations do come up, so call as soon as you know you need to cancel an appointment time and please rest if you are ill (as I will also do). We can reschedule when you are feeling better. Traffic can always flare up at the strangest times and places. As soon as I know I may be running late, I will contact you and try to make fair accommodations. Please contact me if you are running late as well. Due to other appointments, I may not be able to extend the session beyond the scheduled time. Regardless of session length, clients are responsible for paying the full session fee as originally scheduled. If I fail to show up to a session, your next massage will be free of charge.
Do not come to your session under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs. Please let me know of any medication you may be on so I can adjust your massage depending on any possible side effects. (For example, even over-the-counter pain relievers can mask the pressure sensation felt during a massage resulting in bruises if I don’t know to take that into consideration when checking in with you about pressure.)
Payment is due at time of service. I accept cash, checks and credit cards.
